Squash Four-Corner Ghosting & Recovery

Build movement quality without the ball: efficient routes into each corner and an organised recovery to the T. Keep it controlled; quality is more useful than rushing.

Set up

Use the court alone. Move through an agreed four-corner pattern, pausing briefly at each lunge or reach.

Home practice

Four corners: 3 rounds of 45 seconds with 45 seconds rest. Stop if pain changes your movement quality.

Key cues

Move with purpose, not panic.
Arrive balanced.
Push back towards the T after each corner.

Progressions

Slow technical ghosting; timed sets; then add a call or visual cue to vary the corner order.
