Post-Match Cool-down: Downshift & Restore
A short finish to help bring breathing and movement down after training or a match. This is not a treatment plan; seek professional help for pain, swelling or persistent symptoms.
Set up
Walk gently first, then use comfortable breathing and mobility movements without forcing a stretch.
Home practice
Walk for 2 minutes, then spend 4 minutes on comfortable hip, calf and upper-back mobility with slow breathing.
Key cues
Let effort come down first.
Do not force range.
Notice any pain that needs follow-up.
Progressions
Keep the routine short after ordinary training; add recovery habits such as fluids and a normal meal as appropriate.
