Padel Forehand: Repeatable Back-Court Control
Use a compact forehand to send a controlled ball through the middle or deep to a chosen side. The goal is repeatability under time pressure, not a winner.
Set up
Feed from the opposite baseline. Use two deep target lanes and alternate a comfortable middle ball with a wider ball.
Home practice
Shadow 2 sets of 15 forehands: early turn, stable contact and balanced finish. Film one set if helpful.
Key cues
Prepare as the ball travels.
Keep the swing compact.
Finish balanced and ready for the next ball.
Progressions
Static feeds; moving feeds; then score only rallies that include three controlled forehands.
